　　As a Project Excellence Specialist, you support the successful execution of projects by defining, maintaining, and promoting standards for Project Management methods and quality assurance. You work in a worldwide and multicultural environment in close collaboration with Business and IT teams.

　　You play an active role in improving stakeholder satisfaction with the project management framework.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Define, improve and promote standards for Project Management methods and quality assuranceStrengthen existing services and develop new services such as IT project assessments, PM support, reporting on progress, resources, finance, costings Lead and facilitate the Project Management community of practicesDevelop and improve Project Management training materialsCoach and train PMs based on best practicesSupport or independently conduct project assessmentsSupport the implementation and usage of the IT PPM tool, ServiceNow SPM module

　　Background:

　　5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Project Management in global companiesKnowledge of process frameworks such as ITIL or COBITGeneral knowledge of IT processes and technologiesExperience with PPM Tools, ideally ServiceNow SPM moduleMasters / Bachelor's degree preferable in Information Management Systems, Business AdministrationExcellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetFluent in English (written and spoken)
