  Job Summary

  Responsible for the provisioning, administrating, and maintaining the cloud PBX infrastructure. Provisions, deploys, and tests the IP telephony services and infrastructure. Ensures network telephony performance and availability to meet enterprise objectives. Has in-depth hands-on experience, knowledge, and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

  Core Responsibilities

  Provisions and tests available IP network telephony features in the Cloud PBX infrastructure.

  Keeps abreast of industry and technology trends, available products, and services.

  Provides technical guidance to customer’s network telephony technical and support staff.

  Creates and maintains technical drawings and supporting documentation of the Company's network telephony infrastructure.

  Analyzes root causes to quickly recover from network telephony service interruption and to prevent recurring problems.

  Coordinates with outside vendors for the proper monitoring, maintenance, and configuration of network telephony infrastructure.

  Applies advanced engineering methodologies in one or more engineering areas. Contributes to development of new principles and concepts.

  Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  Core Skills

  Cloud PBX provisioning, maintenance and or installation experience. Prior Broadworks knowledge/experience a plus.

  Working knowledge of VOIP, SIP fundamentals, MS Teams, Webex calling, Basic VOIP telephony feature like, call forward, call waiting, Voice Mail, Shared call appearance, Hunt Group calling, Auto attendants etc.

  Proficient in call tracing, packet capture, Wireshark. TCP dump etc.

  CCNA, SIP certifications highly desirable.

  Work Schedule / Set-up:

  Candidate must be amenable with onsite work set up and willing to work in Mandaluyong

  Able to work on nightshift

  Education

  Bachelor's Degree

  While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

  Relevant Work Experience

  5-7 Years
