Description:
Responsible for improving the reliabilty of equipment, utilities, critical systems, and maintenance processes by applying the principles of Reliability Centered Maintenance. Apply root cause analysis methodologies to improve equipment that support manufacturing operations.
Develop the maintenance strategy, plans, SOP's, parts list, BOM's, frequencies for new and modified equipment.
Perform the review, Improvement and update of maintenance SOP's, parts lists, BOM's, and CMMS data integrity for existing equipment.
Perform data analysis of corrective work orders in CMMS to identify trends and areas of focus for improvement.
Perform functional equivalency assessment of spare parts.
Troubleshoot equipment
Conducts root cause failure analysis and failure mode effect analysis
Execute Reliability Centered Maintenance or other improvement projects
Support the implementation of predictive maintenance across the facility
Identify cost/waste/energy reduction opportunities
Report project and operational metrics

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
1- 2 or more years of experience
Medical device experience NOT required
