In the challenging position as Project Coordinator GIS Service 80-100% (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for the professional and timely execution of installation, commissioning and maintenance work. In doing so, you will work on the continuous improvement of processes and activities (CIP), with the goal of always creating a high level of customer satisfaction and an optimal project result for Hitachi Energy.

Responsibilities
In this function you will be responsible for the handling and organizational management and coordination of "on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance workYou are the contact person for internal and external customersYou will supervise assigned field staff, prepare installation schedules taking into account the available and necessary resources (consumables, tools and staff) and monitor and document project progress and costs (reporting)You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the necessary quality assurance measures, for minimizing project costs and risks, and for the process-oriented processing of deviation reports during on-site work, including the initiation of appropriate corrective measuresYour tasks will also include the complete compilation, filing and archiving of documentation (Red Mark, test records and reports) for "As Built" preparation as well as billing the customer
Your background
Basic technical training and several years of practical experience in the installation and/or commissioning of GIS systemsSolid technical knowledge and leadership experience is an advantageGood written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage Confident appearance and convincing communication skills, especially when working with different culturesAbility to work in a team and strong organizational skillsAssertiveness and leadership skills with willingness to visit construction sites worldwideGood knowledge of SAP and MS Office
