Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in New Hudson, MI.Summary:Project Coordinators support configuration and deployment services projects. The Device Services team provides project-based and ongoing managed services for customers involving computer configuration, deployment, and full lifecycle. The work is anchored out of our 25,000 sq ft configuration center and warehouse in New Hudson, MI. The role is 8am - 5pm ET, non-remote, but with considerable flexibility.The primary charge of a project coordinator is to set and manage customer expectations and to manage deliverables in order to maximize project success and customer satisfaction. Project Coordinators oversee the receipt, processing, and timely delivery of product in cooperation with personnel from shipping/receiving, warehouse management, and professional services.Key responsibilities include:Serve as the main company contact for customer communication with key attention to:
Work closely to support customer and partner PMs
Participate and help drive customer project kickoff conferences with project stakeholders (pre-engagement call mechanism)
Review scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timeline
Provide a project schedule to identify overall timetable with key milestones
Offer regular status reporting to customer (via Basecamp)
Resolve any issues by working with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Handle of all required project escalations
Present status of all projects on weekly team calls with customer PMOs
Manage SOW by ensuring each scoped element is met and that scope variances are noted, documented, and approved by following appropriate processes (change orders or re-scopes)
Track project production status and coordinate with production team leaders
Tracking and approval of all project resource hours in appropriate business systems
Project closure meeting
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
