This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Roles and responsibilities To provide a high level of customer satisfaction in delivering the best customer service each time, through accountability, dedication and responsiveness.
The Customer Supply Chain Tool Coordinator position will be responsible for executing on US Logistics tasks related to tool availability, escalations, inventory management for KPI's and internal customer intimacy.
Planning and Field Support: Main contact for the local CS Service organization. Assist in the replenishment and allocation of tools throughout the US. Analyze and review usage of local service tools based on historical data and/or projected requirements. Optimize tools planning mechanism in the US, completing analysis on all platforms. Monitor critical tools and ensure effective coverage.
Performance Management Ensure tools fill rate targets are met; tool non availabilities are analyzed for root causes and corrective actions. Secure relevant performance reporting to stakeholders. Manage tool calibration and certification events for East region to secure safety environment for engineers. Improve cooperation between local and central logistics covering volume and NPI's.
Customer Intimacy Improve customer intimacy within the local organization. Understand CS local operations and work in conjunction to improve. Provide complex reports to the internal customer on tooling
Education and experienceBS/BA Degree in related field preferred
2-5 years relevant experience in a complex customer oriented (logistics) environment
In-depth knowledge of SAP
Strong data analysis and problem solving abilities
Advanced competencies in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent social and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Able to handle and work under extreme pressures and timelines
Remain flexible in providing after hours support, as needed

The base annual salary range for this role is currently $67,875 - $113,125. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
