  Responsibilities:

  Coordinate on-site CapEx & OpEx projectsPrepare/search fundings to support project investments (Government, Hydro- Quebec, Energir, etc)Review project proposal, prepare scope of work and contents of estimation.Prepare RFPsEvaluate Proposals and build presentations  Liaison with vendors, suppliers, consultants, FMs, and Client  Administration support like; Drive organization, PO request, invoice process, etc.Supervise site safety, quality of work, project schedules, and budgetsLead/support regular project meeting, prepare and provide project progress report on regular basisProactively coordinate project and resolve issues  Prepare,present, and submit project progress report  Deliver project on time and within the approved budgetPrepare punch list and manage warranty work,Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation according to the approved policy and audit requirementAny other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

  Qualifications:

  A technical Diploma in Construction / Architect/ Project Management, or relevant  University Degree an asset  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)3+ years relevant work experience in architectural or construction industry or project managementRecognized analytical and research skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience a heavy workload, multitask, and prioritize  Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with internal and external  Stakeholders  Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required to perform the job.
