Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose commercial manufacturing and drug development within our Pharma Services Group (PSG). The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager on daily tasks to ensure flawless project execution. Performs day-to-day client project and business tasks that support development products. Manages cross functional deliverables and communication to enhance key project milestones. What will you do?
Supports Project Managers with project and account activities including but not limited to scanning documents, obtaining document approvals, invoicing and project kickoff support, serialization and billbacks.Serves as customer logistics coordinator for the site including customer hosting (including manufacturing), food logistics support, ordering catering for customer visits, and coordinates customer office assignments.Responsible for maintaining client service center/department office supplies and refreshments and associated client printing needs.Maintains site client visit calendar including but not limited to Sales visits, Business Review Meetings, Project management meetings and batch observationAssists Project Managers in change of scope writing.Responsible for generating internal forms required for ongoing projects and newly awarded projectsPrimary department contact for all shipping requests

High school or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferred
Experience
3 years of experience requiredEquivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and practical knowledge of GMPs.Advanced communication skills and ability to solve problems, make decisions independently, and coordinate projects.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work and communicate well with employees in multiple areas and job levels.Effective written and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
