Job Description
A capital equipment client in the Fremont, CA area is looking for a hybrid Project Coordinator to join their team! Someone in this role will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling design reviews, building agendas for design reviews, rescheduling based on participant avail.
- Handling room and documentation preparation for design reviews
- Running all design review meetings and managing time/content being covered
- Creating agenda's for problem report meetings based on design review outcomes
- Driving individual special projects
Translating data into presentable formats
Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience working in Project Coordinator or similar roles
- Some experience with SharePoint
- Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel. - Experience with QuickBase is helpful
Experience working in an engineering oriented environment null
