What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Responsible for administrative aspects of assigned projects from award through completion including; but not limited to, planning, scheduling, subcontractor and material procurement, installation, invoicing, and close-out.
Coordinate project requirements, related field tasks and activities with the Field Project Manager.
Maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
Enters data for new projects and change orders into the accounting system.
Provide project financial oversight; including but not limited to, forecasting revenue, monthly invoicing, cashflow, and budget vs cost reviews (WIP reviews).
Establish project milestones and analyze costs; Exposure to financial systems to review actual vs.
estimated job cost and to provide timely and accurate project cost reports; identify reasons for low job site productivity and determine impact on the project; adjusts or corrects project plan and/or project cost estimates as necessary to meet financial goals.
When required, coordinate with Design Team for project design requirements.
Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and subcontractors necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the project within budget.
Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with customer and seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Work with Accounts receivable team to ensure timely payment from customer.
Act as “our customer’s best service provider” by providing timely updates on project, quickly addressing concerns, and by regularly seeking feedback on our performance.
Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
Strong communication skills.
Solid Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail.
Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Developing financial analytical skills including cost control.

Requirements:
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
1-3 years administrative support or office management or equivalent
1-3 years maintaining and registering in industry state licensing programs
