Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator provides oversight and project support by monitoring and reporting production, quality, schedule, financial performance, and customer contract compliance standards, including traceability and as-built drawings.
Essential Functions:
Participates in pre-bid and pre-construction process.
Attends customer and internal meetings.
Provides pre-con support as required.
Ensures customer contract compliance, including collecting traceability information and preparing as-built’s.
Review field daily reports and update all tracking sheets.
Monitors project production, cost, schedule,, and overall financial performance
Monitors and resolves customer billing issues.
Assisted with scheduling internal crews and subcontractors.
Assists with material procurement and monitors project material accountability.
Balances jobs at completion,, ensuring accurate final billing, materials accountability, and other contract requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or technical school training in drafting, engineering, and/or project management
PMP certification a plus Experience:
2+ years of construction experience, preferably in the natural gas industry
Ability to read and understand utility construction drawings
Demonstrated knowledge of successful project management practices
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Moderate MS Excel and MS Word skills
Effective workload management and adaptability to changing priorities
Detail-oriented and able to multitask accurately, meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Valid Driver's License.
Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a drug screening and background check.
