The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
Work within an organization that is responsible for planning and execution of modification projects and Turn Arounds on our Onshore Facilities in Hammerfest, Tjeldbergodden, Mongstad, Sture/Kollsnes and Kårstø.
Drive establishment and implementation of Equinor’s project control methodology according to Scope of Work, development phase and strategies.
Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas, forecast cost and schedule outcomes.
Collaborate and build strong relationships with respective disciplines to ensure high quality project control deliverables.
Support the project team by managing estimates, project cost and budget from the design phase to project close out.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Equinor’s templates, methods, procedures and tools within the project control discipline.
You

Bachelor or Master within economics or financial degree. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
3-5 years post-graduate relevant experience within project control.
Structured with strong analytical skills and focus on timely deliveries with the right quality.
Solution and result oriented with the ability to collaborate, communicate, present and influencing through a positive mindset across different teams.
Proven track record of driving improvements, standardisations and digitalisation.
Knowledge and/or interest in big data management, analysis and visualization (dashboards / Power BI).
Good knowledge of SAP.
English and Norwegian fluent oral and written.
