Job Summary
Supports the delivery of projects/programs and develops knowledge
Responsibilities
Planning
Creates simple task lists for themselves or given the tasks to document in a plan for wider groups or people
Stakeholder Management
Awareness of immediate key stakeholders, and with guidance able to identify the needs of stakeholders
Communications
Provides personal tasks and progress updates within their team or project. The use of tools and template requires feedback from more senior colleagues which drive learning and development.
Risk Management
Is aware of risks and able to demonstrate an understanding of preventative action to minimize risks to their plans
Project / Program Delivery
Supports the delivery of projects/programs by delivering tasks required of them
Resource Management (people, finances, etc.)
Develop knowledge of Resource Management by assisting others in tracking and maintaining project resources and timesheets
Chief of Staff (CoS in addition to the above may have extra responsibilities)
Managing the RAMS Review and Permit to Work System (PTW) for all project activities
Customer Care
Is assigned simple customer deployments to manage through completionCommunicates with customers on pre-defined milestonesHas a basic technical knowledge of designated products/processesHandles escalations with close guidance from a leader/managerResolves issues with close guidance from the leader/manager
EMEA Business Operations PMO roles
Provide administration support to projects and programs or the PMO function
Collaboration
Provides assistance to Cross Functional Team Project Management TeamEffectively collaborates within the department and provides input to peers
Additional Projects
Infrastructure Monthly Reports to the Client
Qualifications
Proven years of experience preferredDiploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferredIntroduction to Project Management certification preferred
