About the Job:
The Project Analyst serves as an integral member of our Experience teams and is responsible for developing and owning the execution of all tests in Agile sprints. The Project Analyst shepherds experience tests through the process and acts as the "quarterback" for the test. They are also responsible for supporting the Experience Squad leadership team (e.g., Portfolio Lead, Journey Lead, Program Manager) to plan and execute sprints and ensure team strategy aligns with the overall vision.
The Third-Party Delivery (3PD) Squad will be tasked with driving 3PD growth, focused on driving acquisition, retention, and ticket across aggregators while improving the 3P experience for customers, restaurant Team Members, and Franchisees through operational efficiencies and technology enhancements. The squad will embark on the process of agile testing and learn to quickly capture value from high-impact, high-feasibility efforts to drive meaningful transaction growth.
The Day-to-Day:
Responsible for end-to-end tests from brief to execution this includes but is not limited to updating JIRA on test hypotheses & descriptions, planning and assigning subtasks to squad members, and working with the Measurement/Analytics Lead to determine measurement plan. Leverages customer and team member data and feedback to inform test design. Assist in maintaining and developing Squad artifacts alongside Journey Lead and Program Manager (e.g., JIRA, backlog, roadmap, test & measurement briefs) to keep the Squad organized and make overarching strategy easy to follow. Responsible for following up on squad member action steps and following up with external dependencies (e.g., platform teams, vendors, aggregators) to drive test execution to bring accountability & transparency to the forefront. Identify and surface potential risks and issues related to experience initiatives. Facilitates mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges that may impact delivery or quality. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred 2 or more years of experience working in product or project management, agile or SCRUM environment. Experience or interest in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe is a plus. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project is a plus. Strong project management skills – understand and can track the right people for the right tasks. Experience using analytical techniques for cost-benefit analysis of prioritization preferred. Ability to understand the domain of the experience squad to develop and resolve roadblocks preferred. Work-Hard, Play-Hard:
