Position Summary:
We are growing! The Medicare Engagement Hub focuses on driving member engagement into Aetna's Care Management programs, while also delivering care services to members who do not need long term support but have immediate care needs. The Hub also provides health coaching to Medicare and Medicaid members through our Member Advisory team, completes Health Risk Assessments in support of Aetna's DSNP program, and supports members in utilizing their Supplemental Benefits. The Analyst, Project Management supports leaders across our clinical team, at the Direction of the Senior Manager, with a focus on our Referral Management and Supplemental Benefits programs.
Job Responsibilities and Skill Set:Provides development, coordination, collaboration, and implementation support for special projects within the Medicare Engagement Hub's Clinical Services teamServes as the liaison between the Clinical Services team and the Systems, Workflow, Performance Management team within the Engagement Hub - tracking progress, coordinating with appropriate SMEs, and ensuring delivery of all projectsServes as a SME and support to the Medicare Product team, in the absence of the Sr. Manager - remains fully informed of program expectations and capable of recommending appropriate actions and strategies to meet business needResponsible for monthly reporting for Supplemental Benefits and ad hoc pulls to support the needs of the Sr. Manager, including delivering reports requested by the Medicare Product TeamResponsible for supporting weekly/quarterly/annual metric reporting for all leaders responsible for supporting weekly/quarterly/annual metric reporting for assigned areaFully knowledgeable of CEC auto-routing processes and able to take lead on that work when requested, monitors consistently to ensure program successAssists with Quarterly Referral Management Town Halls - organizes agenda, builds Power Point presentation, and takes lead in organizing meeting.Adheres to care management, privacy and confidentiality, and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory, accreditation guidelines, company policies and proceduresDemonstrates an ability to be agile, managing multiple priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm Experience working remotelyRequired Qualifications:3+ years in reporting, analytics, program implementation and/or metricsPreferred Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speechForward thinking, strategic mind-setStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goalsProven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet assignment deadlines with minimal supervision - resolution focused with a high attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving, and follow upProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookKnowledge of internal systems such as Salesforce and MedCompass is preferredEducation:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (Associates or Bachelor preferred)Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$19.52 - $42.07
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
