Job Description

　　As part of out team, your activities will include:

　　Maintain and communicate contracted logistic service rates to business owners;Maintain complex price databases and upload rates into transport management; system (TMS), including diesel, bunker and exchange rate adjustments;Explain rate structure towards the organization;Support TMS roll out globally including improvement activities;Perform training activities;Supporting stakeholders through the invoice verification process and serving as the first escalation level;Data collection (internal / external) for analyses;Invoice discrepancy clarification in cooperation with accounting department;Manage communication with suppliers / internal customers;Run queries in SAP.Additional Information
