　　Position Details and Responsibilities

　　SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Program Operations Manager to join our experienced operations team and provide essential leadership support for a diverse portfolio of contracts. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, junior-to-mid-level leader interested in pursuing the management career track, who seeks a challenging, hands-on, formative experience to master project and program management skills in preparation for a leadership career in federal contracting. 

　　SkyePoint will consider candidates who commit to the following work schedule and standards: 

　　Monday: On site at SkyePoint HQ in Dulles, VA Tuesday through Friday: Two days of remote work and two days on site at our client offices in Washington, DC; Beltsville, MD; Springfield, VA; and Fort Belvoir, VA Monthly on-site visits during employee mid and swing shifts Flexibility to adjust as mission dictates (e.g., corporate meetings and functions, problem resolution, etc.) Conduct remote calls with camera on, in a distraction-free environment, and in appropriate home professional attire Responsibilities: 

　　Drive operational excellence and portfolio growth through motivated and tenacious engagement with clients, employees, and internal staff Regularly engage with employees through both in-person and remote interactions, ensuring effective communication, detailed documentation of these interactions, and day-to-day administration and oversight of the company's site leads Complete scope, schedule, financial, quality, human resource, stakeholder, communication, risk, and procurement activities and artifacts Coordinate with clients, internal talent acquisition, and candidates to rapidly backfill vacancies, secure jump ball opportunities, and win new work Provide regular status updates via communications boards, stand-up meetings, and formal project reviews Manage labor utilization to include burn rates and PTO utilization Optimize task execution through continuous coordination with assigned program analyst  

　　Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Five years of operational experience in the federal, military, or private sector Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, OneDrive, Office) Eagerness to embrace and master new tools and technologies Active Secret clearance or higher Ability to travel locally for 40% of the week U.S. Citizenship is requiredPreferred Qualifications:
