This role is hybrid with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI. You will occasionally work during early mornings, nights, or weekends. The Academic Success team manages a portfolio including MREACH for local high school students, the nationally-reaching Summer Business Academy, RSC aiding first-year students, and the Preparation Initiative for current UM students. These programs aim to prepare students for success as Ross BBA students. In this role you will be responsible for all programs, with leadership oversight for two, contributing to the goals of the BBA Program and community. Reporting to the Director of Academic Success, you'll be an integral part of this commitment.

Responsibilities*
Direct the success of two annual academic programs, choosing from MREACH, Ross Summer Connection (RSC), Preparation Initiative (PI), and Summer Business Academy (SBA), aligning with each program's purpose and focus.
Hiring, train, and oversee temporary student staff to build programs, creating content, and ensuring program success.
Create budgets (with the Director) for academic success programs (each program has a budget between $70,000 to $300,000); manage expenditures, following all relevant procedures for fiscal management and accountability.
You will provide direct service advising and assisting students with strategies that promote academic and professional success.
You will identify student concerns, analyze patterns, and recommend changes in program policies, curriculum, and admissions to enhance academic and student affairs.
Assist in recruiting diverse, qualified students by preparing program materials, communications, websites, newsletters, and presentations.
You will contribute to and collaborate on the Ross School's Strategic Diversity and Inclusion goals and assist with activities for an individual academic program and across academic programs to support student success.
Promote program goals through community relationships, coordinate logistics, manage program details in a central database, and collaborate on shared programs with OUP staff.
Required Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience with program coordination.
Experience supporting students in an academic program.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and promoting intercultural competencies.
Additional Information
The general salary range for this position is $67,000 - $74,000. You can expect to be paid a great compensation package. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor alignment and transparency throughout the recruiting process.
