Amazon Controllership team is seeking experienced & entrepreneurial Program Manager/Financial Analyst to support the Operation Finance programs at Amazon. We are looking for leaders that will take ownership and drive change in a dynamic global business environment. It is expected the individual will ensure Amazon's Finance Operations processes stay ahead of risks associated with growth in areas of process design, internal control effectiveness, computer system integration, and other relevant areas.
The selected candidate must be a leader who will be responsible for identification and growth of new ideas, developing and implementing Program strategy to drive down the overall Transportation cost. He/She shall be able to work in a very dynamic global business environment with a record of delivering process efficiency results. The preferred candidate shall be customer obsessed, flexible, analytical and strategic yet execution focused, and passionate about e-commerce
Key job responsibilities
· Simplifying operational and financial complexities through innovative long term solutions
· Driving the discussion with technology teams for visibility of internal system and setting up correct expectation with the multiple stakeholders
· Developing metrics for continuous tracking of process efficiency and helping the leadership for data based fast decision making
· Perform detailed analysis of operations and technology by identifying trends. Should be able to scope the impact and opportunities to scale
· Data driven decision making in ambiguous situations
· Statistical analysis models to predict bad behaviors in system and correcting it through solutions
About the team
Amazon controllership team is an operation finance team that controls Amazon transportation cost. This is achieved through strengthening internal & external systems by working closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as Operations and Technology groups and external stakeholders such as carriers. Team also works closely with Accounts payable for payments to carriers and accounting team for financial data reporting.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
An MBA or a Graduate with overall 3-5 years of Operation/ Finance/Supply chain background or Technology Operations, managing cross-functional teams with tight deadlines. Experience in interacting with wide set of stakeholders – Operations, Technology and Business Leaders - Excel and SQL Skills · Experience in handling big data with an hands on experience on data visualization tool such as Tableau Experience in Program Management skills with good in to influence to meet goals Sound business judgment, good in influence others, and analytical thinking skills are critical to success within this position to build strategy and execute it with speed and drive continuous improvements Problem-solving skills and good in analyzing quantitatively and effectively prioritize program deliverables are essential Good presentation and written communication skills are essential, as is to build effective partnerships with senior leaders across a variety of groups throughout Amazon
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics or Financial Auditing Operations
Experience with large data analysis.
Experience with Stakeholder Management across Geographies
