Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management.
Experience with Indirect Tax, International Trade and Supply Chain Management.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree.
Knowledge of Customs Valuation, Country of Origin and HS classification, India import and export regulations, government agencies, special Customs procedures for manufacturing, consumer hardware certification and supply chain models.
Excellent project and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies.

Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end requirements for Customs. Import and export regulations applicable for DSPA manufacturing.
Develop and execute trade strategies and controls to enable the efficient shipping of consumer hardware across business channels.Develop and execute defined procedures and oversight programs with key retail partners to follow local custom regulations.
Manage day-to-day import/export activities in India, including interactions with customs brokers, transportation providers, and distribution centers to resolve customs or export clearance issues.
Perform internal customs audits and conduct internal reviews of the trade and logistics practices, including on-site reviews on Third-party labs (3PLs) and customs brokers.
