Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Operations, Industrial/Process Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain Program Management, Materials Management (e.g., Materials Requirement Planning).
Experience in project/program management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in forecasting, planning, or supply chain and implementing process improvements.
Experience interacting with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
Passion for automation and process improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Manage and execute processes for timely, cost effective procurement while working closely with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
Drive timely release of orders, material delivery to hub, root cause analysis for late deliveries.
Manage sourcing and escalation activities with our suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) for price, lead-time or shortage issues.
Ensure continuous improvement in material delivery metrics, past due orders, shortage management, and invoicing.
Ensure required setup for the suppliers and procurement execution activities are complete.
