Job Summary:
Plans, supports, implements, coordinates, monitors, documents and may lead tasks, activities and initiatives related to Security, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Resiliency (Business Continuity & Crisis Management) programs. May also support Ethics & Compliance-related programs from time-to-time.
Principal Responsibilities:
Provides system administration support, training and team coordination of sites and other systems/tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Assurance and Ariba.
Compiles status reports, coordinate and maintains schedules, and provides calendar and project updates.
Identifies, collects and formats the appropriate data to prepare analyses, updates and reports.
Serves as liaison with other functional areas to remain apprised on status of initiatives.
Keeps Security, Enterprise Risk Management and Resiliency, and Ethics & Compliance Office team members aware of internal user issues and potential adverse impacts.
Coordinates the scheduling of, and monitors and manages records regarding, Security, Resiliency, and Ethics & Compliance-related training and activities.
Provides support, coordination, planning and project/program management in the development of Security, Resiliency, and Ethics & Compliance-related training and communications.
Coordinates the processes relating to key Security, ERM, Resiliency, and Ethics & Compliance Office projects and initiatives such as plans and invoices, reports, questionnaires and surveys, and the development/delivery of related training.
Drafts process- or initiative-related documentation and communications, as requested.
Liaises with various Security, Resiliency and Ethics & Compliance-related vendors.
Other duties, as assigned.

Work Experience:
2+ years of Security and/or Enterprise Risk management/Resiliency program experience preferred.Education and Certification(s):
High School Diploma or equivalent
