　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Routine administrative tasks (timesheets, expense reports, financial reports etc.);Assignments of tasks with proper management to ensure workload and staffing level is balanced to minimize need for indirect or non-revenue hours;Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;Lead a diverse team of people to capture bids, and deliver projects exceeding expectations to guarantee successful customersSpecify, order and then monitor the purchasing procedure to acquire equipment, and then authorize payment to suppliers, and/or executing warranties of the products;Obtain system acceptance from customers in the region and then handing over the project to the respective Account Manager;

　　Organize and execute monthly and quarterly Project Status Reviews;Compile monthly cost analysis and reports;Maintain project documentation in accordance with ISO guidelines;Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;Perform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationUse project management tools & techniques, such as MS Project, critical path analysis, time recording systems and other systems to manage projects;Negotiate the Terms of Service Agreements with subcontractors;Apply project management skills and techniques, e.g. team leading, multi-tasking and financial awareness to deliver high quality projects;Basic Qualifications:

　　Proven working experience managing projects in the airport/airspace industryExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native language (Mexico or Brazil)Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI)Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience
