Program Manager - Quality Partnerships & Workflows Responsibilities:
Act as a guardian of ProdOps mission, being the main bridge between the different teams involved in Product Quality, with a core focus on the dynamics between Technical Specialists and the QA WhatsApp TeamDesign and drive the way ProdOps collaborates with the newly transitioned WA QA team at PQ, ensuring business continuity for our operationsWork with peers on defining, monitoring shared KPIs and keep teams accountable for the delivery of their own share of the workMap out the current escalation flows for each sub teams at ProdOps and work with Technical Specialists toward optimizing their contribution to Escalation VelocityInvestigate the potential tools, processes and other good practices the PQX team possess which could be beneficial to ProdOpsBuild a feedback loop between Technical Specialists and Technical Quality Specialists as well as facilitate business continuity with the different workflows ProdOps has createdConduct a quarterly review for QA with Engineering and QA leaders, working with the PGX WA QA team to ensure we are delivering on our commitment to qualitySupport resources allocations through roadmap alignments and Prioritization tiering system both at the Granular and overall Prodops levels.Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Software, Web or Mobile App QA functional TestingA proven understanding of QA work and how it fits within the larger Product Quality pictureExperience in program management, effective communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing skills with a strong track record of achieving engagement from senior and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience managing large scale projects or programsExperience solving problems, analyzing data and using data in solving and providing practical business insightsSelf starter, experience of working as part of a global, cross-functional team and working with all levelsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree or equivalent degreeDemonstrated knowledge of quality testing standards and best practicesExperience as a team lead with ops performance accountabilityProven experience in customer success programmes (implementation, running the business, improvements)About Meta:
