The Transportation Partner Experience (TPX) Communities team is seeking a program manager to own key processes and deliverables execution for our two North America communities that support Delivery Service Partners and Amazon Freight Partners.
Our mission is simple: drive engagement, advocacy and business success among the critical functions in Amazon’s supply chain and logistics networks. We do this by building digital communities that connect, inform, and inspire the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers. We measure our success through the positive impact we deliver for community members’ businesses, but also in the relationships we enable community members to build with each other and Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
As a program manager, you will be responsible for several key items that ensure the community's success. This includes (1) community and user access management, (2) overall team project management including editorial calendar management and metrics, and (3) mechanism and stakeholder management to name a few. This role has regular visibility to Sr. Manager and Director level leadership stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience working cross functionally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Experience building processes, project management, and scheduling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
