Merch on Demand is creating a highly scalable print on demand business for consumer products. We work with strategic partners across entertainment, music, gaming and consumer products verticals. To support our growth, we are looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical Program Manager with proven experience driving traffic and discovery to join the rapidly growing Merch on Demand team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting initiative at Amazon in its early stages.
We are looking for a leader with proven experience in building brands on e-commerce, particularly through driving discoverability and marketing levers. This leader will partner with the world's largest and most influential brands in our goal to delight customers with a diverse and exciting catalog of branded merchandise.
This role will work with both external brands and internal stakeholders to keep project flywheels moving forward. You will own several marketing and discoverability levers such as on-site placements, working with Amazon marketing teams for seasonal events, brand promotions, and influencing our brands marketing and advertising strategies.
One of the primary functions will be owning promotions, partnering closely with brand partners and internally with Print Operations. This role will also oversee traffic drivers including on-site placements for seasonal and holiday events, ensuring Merch selection is appropriately included in Amazon wide initiatives. This role will also partner closely with broader Amazon marketing teams for core evergreen marketing inclusion.
Another pillar of this role with be working with Advertising to ensure brands are given the most up to date guidance, support, and increasing engagement.
The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task is a must. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and able to work autonomously within a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment. They will have a track record of excellent project management skills, and be an effective written and verbal communicator.
Finally, you are also expected to own the deployment, measurement and optimization of these efforts, so a passion for both data and operational excellence is a must. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with brands, making data-driven decisions, bringing new ideas to market and influencing others.
Responsibilities
Own making partner brands successful on Amazon
Drive promotions and discoverability strategy

Basic qualifications
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience defining and executing against program requirements
3+ years experience in program or project management
3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred qualifications
Prior Program Management experience in e-commerce marketing or licensing industry
Experience working with product and technology teams
Experience driving large scale customer facing programs
SQL and Excel fluency

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
