We are looking for an experienced, talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated Program Manager to join our team. This role is both strategic and operational, requires one who can work closely with stakeholders (Native level Japanese and business level English are required) and manage to lead the development of quality training content and project planning and execution based on marketing and customer experience strategies to expand the vendor's business.
The scope of work will vary widely, but you will be responsible for analyzing client behavior from vendor program survey and planning projects to improve their sales experience, while collaborating and working with multiple related departments within and outside of the company, from the definition of requirements to the actual operation phase. This position suits for program manager who is capable of thinking logically, can quickly perform accurate analysis and verifies against market trends and sales data based on his/her own hypothesis.
Key job responsibilities
Plan new engagement methods based on analysis of vendor behavior, make hypothesis from data. For example, you will conduct a program survey of Amazon's business partners and analyze the results to discover new insights, such as opportunities to further expand business with Amazon and to determine how the program can be further improved. Depending on the project, you may also conduct simple testing to obtain data that can be used to define subsequent system development requirements.
Develop training content for our business partners. You do not develop generic content, but rather customize content in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that the content is optimal for all of our business partners in all industries who do business with Amazon. KPIs will be set and measured to determine whether the content actually leads to increased in sales.
Expanding launched program. You will divide our customers into segments and consider communication methods appropriate per each, focusing on mass mailings to send out messages. You will plan and implement projects from marketing engagement perspective that will encourage more business partners to use the program for the first time or on an ongoing basis.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
