Customer Success is driving Intuit's transformation to become an "AI-driven expert platform", innovating on the way customers access expertise and digitizing the services industry. These customer experiences are delivered through offerings such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live, and extend to how customers access help and support through their entire journey, across all of our offerings. Further, Customer Success is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our experts - the people on our platform who deliver advice and support to customers.
Role Description:
As a Program Management Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for delivering delight to our customers.
What you'll bring
Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating no earlier than December 2024Must reside in the U.S. during the summer internship program (see location below)Exceptional written communication skills, with strong design aesthetics as it relates to the visual communication of informationStrong strategic and analytical skillsExperience communicating with individuals and groups using social media, online communities, or other engagement platforms, and ability to influence stakeholdersEducational or institutional design backgroundPassion for tech industry and demonstrated interest in business, communication, marketing, customer engagement (such as through major/minor, past work experience, and co-curricular activities) Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgment Driven and a self-starter; curious and enjoys solving hard problems
How you will lead
Develop and implement projects, communication, and engagement initiatives that drive the overall channel strategy, reflect the key messages and connect to the target audienceIdentify and share opportunities based on themes in feedbackCollaborate with partners across the company to establish and support project requirements Write, design and distribute campaignsCollect, analyze, and report data on projects Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting to real time to changes in content and/or processAbility to think strategically in a complex environmentStrong project management skills (i.e., planning, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks) exhibiting solid end-to-end thinkingStrong written and oral communication and listening skillsStrong experience with and/or passion for managing data-driven outcomes and Design for Delight (D4D) principles to understand customer needs, test and measure results
