A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As the Change Governance Program Manager, you will own, drive, and improve upon the global program by which Google’s Data Center fleet submits, evaluates, reviews, and makes decisions. You will engage in the process daily to ensure its running smoothly, support high priority decisions, illuminate gaps, and drive process improvements. Leveraging your skills you will help facilitate complex global decisions by breaking them down into smaller pieces. You will partner and engage with key stakeholders early/often, ensuring participation. Working closely with partner teams, you will integrate our change governance process with their change control processes. Lastly, ensure the program evolves with time, adapts to changes in business direction, and scales with future growth.
