This role is Hybrid. This role will support local events and community engagement activities (1-2 per month, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Imperial, Central California area)
Position Purpose: With the Healthnet Health Equity team, the Program Manager will function as a Campaign Manager and will support the end to end campaign planning, preparation, execution, and closeout. We aim to help the members and communities we serve and achieve the highest level of health by advancing equity in health and healthcare.
The Campaigns are a strategic initiatives that promotes our business goals or objective. A campaign can be used to promote messaging through one or several mediums. A campaign must be carefully planned from concept through completion and measurement/reporting. The campaign modality can be telephonic, digital, print, and in person/onsite engagement.
The Campaigns will be for (4) key areas across the state of California, and target specific demographics including race/ethnicity, language, age, and other socio-demographic factors that have high disparities or disproportionate access.
Experience in improving health equity, designing programs to improve outcomes, set & measure KPIs, identify challenges, barriers, and make recommendations for improvement.
Ability to lead, design, implement, improve, support.
Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders.
Identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of project management. Health care experience preferred.
Pay Range: $66,100.00 - $118,900.00 per year
