　　Program Manager(Embedded/Software) - Protection Controls and Solutions(ESA-PCS) role will be responsible for successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction(NTI), Technology Exploration Projects primarily focused on Software/Firmware/connected product development. Lead the Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing programs, contracts, and business relationships. Responsibilities will be to maintain ongoing dialogs with all project teams in order to collect schedule and completed milestone information, prepare an ongoing comprehensive view of projects and assignments in a written or online format available for management's use and report and forecast and control on schedules and budgets

　　The Program Manager (Software) will work with Product manager/owner, global engineering teams, Product managers, manufacturing plants, supply chain, finance and COE's to ensure flow and success of the product development. Experience with Agile methodology will be crucial in interaction with engineering teams to maintain and measure delivery commitments from engineering. "

　　Qualifications:

　　B.E. / B Tech / M Tech (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical)

　　10 Years + experience in Program Management.

　　Skills:

　　Software Project Management, Jira, Git Hub,ERP based project tracking tools, Microsoft Project Plan, Advanced Excel,

　　Global Project Management, Project Proposals, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management.
