In the role of Program Manager I - Cancer Center SharedResourcesyou will beworking in the Cancer Center. Purpose Workindependently, under the direction of the Geospatial Epidemiology andOutcomes Shared Resource (GEOSR) Directors, to manage the activities ofGEOSR. Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate theachievement of the program\'s goals, including cost accounting charges,establishment of iLab for scheduling and billing, coordinate sharedresource meetings and activities working in consultation with theAssociate Director of Shared Resources and the Cancer Center Director ofFinance and Business Operations. Primary Functions Operates autonomouslyin the space of project management with authority over team resources toensure project deliverables align with approved scope and schedule.Executes the planning, development, and implementation of the projectworking in partnership with GEOSR leaders and clients to meet thestrategic vision of projects. Effectively manages implementationschedule and priorities and delivers high quality solutions. Providesdirection to clients and project team. Manages relationships acrossseveral resource groups to support the functions of GEOSR, includingrepresentation at standing shared resource meetings at MCW Cancer Centerand MCW. Responsible for scheduling, coordination of meetings, settingmeeting agendas, and managing communication with clients. Manages andorganizes data acquisition across multiple sources, including securingand updating data use agreements. Coordinates and organizes GEOSRfinances, including budgeting, invoicing, and assisting in generation ofclient quotes in collaboration with GEOSR leaders. Oversees and guidesregulatory compliance including institutional review board submissions,revisions, and maintaining project approvals. Establishes and evaluatesShared Resource policies, procedures and resource plans for potentialchanges, including measurement and reporting of key program metrics.Coordinates external facing resources, including marketing, websitemanagement, development, and updates. Supports GEOSR leaders inidentifying areas for program growth, including assisting and organizinggrant proposals, scientific writing, and client growth. #LI-AV1Preferred...
