Our Federal Solutions Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video, and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for a Program Manager to support the Federal Solutions Segment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead research efforts in support of Business Development opportunities for NRO (National Reconnaissance Office), with direction from the Joint Program Office (JPO) Program Manager.
Compile research to support a Business Development Resource for a given customer set.
Create a database template for research dump as a Business Development Resource.
Seek business Development opportunities through ARC, SAM.gov and other government agency opportunity sights. Manage proposal development efforts to include gathering RFI, BAA, RFPs, and OTAs in association with a given customer set.
Presenting opportunities for collective consideration and direction on next steps.
Track New Business/Proposal funding internally to maintain appropriate funding to support efforts.
Participate in Pink/Red/Gold Team Reviews in preparation for RFI/RFP/BAA response submission.
Meet government mandated submission deadlines to include internal coordination to hit the mark.
Manage Program Financial Accountabilities, such as, but not limited to, revenue/profitability tracking, billing on various contracts.
Manage team to support Wins obtained through BD efforts.
Work directly with Joint Program Office (JPO) PM Lead and with the customer to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
The candidate will coordinate with other departments/internal resources to ensure all aspects of an opportunity come together to support the mission/goal. Coordinate third parties/vendors towards the execution of successful program implementation.
Prepare weekly project status reports to upper management of current program state and identify any roadblocks.

Required Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
High School/GED OR Associates AND 7 Years’ Experience
Bachelor’s AND 5 Years’ Experience
Master’s AND 3 Years’ Experience
CERTIFICATION: PMP
Desired Qualifications:
Comfortable networking and connecting with customers.
Experience with research and database entry.
Experience in RFI, BAA, RFP management and response.
Ability to successfully manage and meet deadlines.
Experience in managing people with a focus on retention and growth. Understanding of the financial ins and outs of program management to include revenue and profitability accountability.
Works independently with little supervision.
Critical thinker, with the ability to determine the flow of key tasks to ensure most important are done first.
Comfortable working with MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create and enhance work products.
Our Program Manager’s earn between $130,000 - $175,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
