Job Description:
Program Manager
PM: The PM will provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the program including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing overall program performance. The PM will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the program, including both technical issues and business processes. The PM will have the authority to make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic, and resource limitations issues.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience within the last 10 years in the field of IT project management.
Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification and/or a current Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
At least two years of continuous recent experience within the last five years managing the U.S. Army IT projects with multiple CONUS and OCONUS performance locations.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Possess a current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Certification:
25% or greater travel OCONUS and CONUS 25% or greater.
PM base near Fort Belvoir, Va and available during “core hours” Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Core hours are defined as 8:00AM - 4:00PM HST.
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of ten years of experience in the field of IT project management. Possess a Security+ (SEC+) and/or other Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II Level Certification.
Experience supervising and managing simultaneous contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and inter-related IT projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to AGUN-INC1 task areas of the TOR.
GDIT Desired:
Effective oral and communication skills and ability to present and engage at a Government and Contract leadership level.
EVM understanding or experience.
