  Position Overview

  Do you excel in "herding cats" and working through multiple challenges while driving change? In a hybrid-first working environment, can you deliver incredible results through partnership and collaboration across teams? We are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience implementing and maintaining Benefits programs, and is ready to bring energy and new thinking to the Global Benefits team.

  You will be part of Autodesk's flex forward hybrid working environment which gives you the ability to work in the office and from home. You will report to Autodesk's Director of Global Benefits.

  Responsibilities

  Apply an understanding and expertise of benefits to manage projects from initial concept through deliveryHelp develop and support programs and policies, content delivery, and analyticsSupport compliance details, deadlines, process documentation, vendor management and activities related to process improvement through automationManage relationships with main partners and collaborate with teams such as Legal, Payroll, Procurement, and other groups within the People teamCoordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered both on time and accuratelyMonitor external trends and developments; provide proactive guidance to ensure our total rewards programs are market competitiveBe a partner in the development of analytics to confirm our total rewards programs are designed to attract and retain diverse peopleAssist the HR Systems team in the development, testing, and implementation of HRIS changes

  Minimum Qualifications

  5+ years of benefits experience, preferably in a role at a high-tech, multinational companyExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsAdvanced PowerPoint skills to present data and recommendations in an easy to understand, organized, and logical mannerAdvanced Excel skills, including working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups, and large datasetsOpenness to driving change, be flexible and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAt least several years of vendor management experienceExperience with an HRIS, such as Workday, online benefits enrolment portals, and collaboration tools like SmartsheetBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR

  Salary transparency

  Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
