  About the Team

  In this new era where gaming is mainstream entertainment, Gaming companies have an opportunity to reach and engage a broad audience, and creatively engage with communities to drive impact. With the one year old Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to establish how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games.

  This role ensures the GBM Global Gaming (GG) leader, as well as the GBM Gaming Marketing team is operating at their peak by building systems and processes as the team scales and driving certain programs on behalf of the leadership team. This role will work closely with the GBM Global Gaming Lead as well as the GBM GG team, larger GBM leads, Global Business Solutions GG leads and other XFNs to deepen relationships and build alignment. The person in this role will be expected to work autonomously, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information whilst still being boots on the ground with project management support to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  Responsibilities

  - Serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to the Head of Global Business Marketing (GBM), Global Gaming

  - Act as proxy when appropriate, interacting with both senior Leadership in Global Gaming and critical individuals on the Global GBM team; Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions

  - Enhancing systems and processes to streamline GBM Gaming operations, meeting efficiency and impact

  - Create & update dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators

  - Partner with the larger GBM organization and cross-functional teams (regional and global) to improve workflows to ensure improvements for planning, training and processes, ensuring the GBM GG team is set up for success

  - Provide strategic direction in developing planning templates, synthesising market/industry related data including competitive analysis, stakeholder feedback and defining the overall business approach to key stakeholders

  - Drive close relationships with our Finance and MSO (Monetization Strategy & Operations) teams for ongoing/annual planning and strategy

  - Financial management - overall, ensuring there is a holistic view of the budget, tracking and ongoing management with Finance

  - Lead GBM Gaming quarterly reporting templates and activate Gaming Marketing and cross-functional resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

  - Measurement - Partner with internal stakeholders such as the larger GBM organization and MSO to determine innovative, credentialed ways to determine impact of different Gaming marketing efforts

  - Anticipate needs, providing meeting and project management support; Organize information, update and create spreadsheets and ad hoc reports as needed around specific business needs

  - Organize GBM Gaming team off-sites and virtual events along with the Culture Crew to build an open & inclusive culture where collaboration, creativity & innovation thrive

  - Share updates with GBM GG team on company climate, employee well-being, project updates and planning

  - Partner with organizational culture, Business Training and Development (BTD), HR teams to advise, plan or execute people, learning and culture initiatives to drive engagement

  Qualifications

  Qualifications

  - Minimum 5+ years of experience in project/program management, operations or related field

  - Leadership/management skills and experience

  - Confident and comfortable leading and presenting at meetings

  - Experience in supporting Sales Marketing & Operations

  - Strong organisational skills and consultative approach

  - Experience in analysing data and delivering recommendations

  - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit; ability to work in a fast-paced working environment; strong change management skills

  - Experience working in a global company, with an international remit - Comfortable with different time zones and collaborating within a global team

  - Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  - Highly organised and detail oriented with a proactive work-style; solid project management skills

  - Builds excellent working relationships, team player, highly collaborative and resilient

  - Ability to work independently and as a team across different regions and departments

  - Resilience - comfortable working in an ambiguous environment

  - Solution oriented, motivated self-starter with strong multi-task handling and stakeholder management

  - Interest in the gaming market and culture, following and tracking news around the world such as: trends, updates, etc

  - Embraces changes with positivity and an entrepreneurial spirit

  Job Information

  [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $160000 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

  Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
