The Global Mile team is looking for a candidate for the role of Export Programs Manager located in Tokyo, Japan. This role understands Amazons’ Fulfillment Network, partner with program managers and operations specialists to drive improvement in customer experience, capacity, capability, cost, speed, and efficiency in B2C export from APAC region (Japan, Singapore, Australia).
They will develop a process path to enable a cost-effective fast delivery service to our customers across the Globe from APAC origin countries (Japan, Singapore Australia) clearing Customs and delivering through the last mile. The candidate will thrive off waking up daily and determining how well we performed to our goals, and how we satisfied our customers today.
Knowledge of APAC regional global mile Freight forwards, customs and last mile is a key strength for the ideal candidate. A successful candidate will be able to show proven results in developing action plans as well as improvements implemented because of those plans.
Additionally, a candidate will be able to display strength influencing cross functional teams to act on the data, as well as developing action items to improve results over the short and long term.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Knowledge for supply chain and logistics
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
