Minimum qualifications:
8 years of experience in a strategy consulting or corporate strategy role.
Experience with business analytics/insight teams for global reporting.
Experience with data, synthesizing insights and recommending actions from data, leveraging spreadsheets, and problem-solving tools.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks, with the ability to take ownership and action.

Coordinate and oversee cross-functional projects and strategies for the Japan Cloud business. Help identify strategic opportunities across the organization.
Identify, structure, and lead/work key demand generation programs and initiatives such as quarterly prospecting sprints to help scale our Japan business.
Create blueprints and best practices, capture repeatable and scalable processes, and implement these across all demand generation activities.
Provide leadership to the Sales and cross-functional leaders around strategy and organization design.
Drive sales execution, focus on creation, acceleration, and conversion of leads generated through a pipeline forecast cadence, gathering actionable insights.
