Position Summary:
The Comparator Program Manager is responsible for supporting regional sales team in growing accounts by providing subject matter expertise on projects and client meetings. Meeting these objectives includes the generation and triage of opportunities, the formulation and the coordination of specific end-to-end account comparator sourcing solutions, and the implementation of tactics and strategies that primarily result in new sales for the region while building long-term productive customer-supplier relations.
Responsibilities:
Provide comparator sourcing expertise as single point of contact to regional commercial team in supporting their sales opportunities. Collaborate with the head of sales to align and fully support growth initiatives and actions. The incumbent is an integral member of Global Business Development team to meet customer needs and ongoing success of the business!

Main responsibilities
Be one of the key collaborators in the region to the commercial team for answering and advising on clients’ requests, such as RFQs and RFIs.
Be the Subject Matter Expert in Global Comparator knowledge for the in giving advisory support on comparator sourcing and supply chain, providing timely and accurate information, especially around deliverables that need to be kept meeting project timelines, as well as any questions or challenges related to the project.
Work closely with the commercial team to build positive relationship and gain overall customer satisfaction
Supervise, communicate and analyze opportunities wins and loss. Identify and recommend solutions and actions to address client loss scenarios.
Owns the portfolio of assigned clients for the region, ensuring the team delivers on its commitments!
Own the design of the sourcing solution/strategy in collaboration with comparator sourcing team.
Coordinate the response from comparator client service team to the customer, including the issuance of a proposal.
Works with Business leaders to prioritize accounts based on client needs and sale opportunities.
Coordinate approvals with comparator finance for timely approval and issuance of the proposal.
Support/lead new services development, including value propositions and associated marketing material
Champion communication of multi-sites/regions projects and among the different business lines to increase overall client experience
Support and facilitate specific comparator client contracts, CDA’s, MSA’s and Technical Agreements
Support as needed sourcing or logistics for the execution of clients’ projects
Contribute in the recruitment, on boarding, training and development of employees
Others
Present at trade shows / exhibitions, workshops and seminars
Participates in sales and marketing activities such as customer and/or study kickoffs/Business reviews, teleconferences, customer visits, white papers, …
Conduct market research and trend analysis reporting for North America on clients’ pipelines

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in science fields, or related fields with 5+ years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree
Proven experience within Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent
Proficiencies with MS Office / Adobe Products
Influencing and Interpersonal Skills Surrounding Client Interactions
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment and appropriate discretion when reaching conclusions.
Familiarity with commercial supply chain of pharmaceuticals of advantage
Experience in pharmaceutical R&D of advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
High Level of Business Insight in both Administration and Business Strategies
In-depth knowledge of the Global Comparator Business
