Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience
Candidates will typically have 1 year of experience in program management and vendor management
Typically 1 year of experience in ERP systems and audit compliance
Preferred qualifications:
Typically 2 years of experience managing supply chain operations, specifically focusing on the international forward and reverse flow of electronics and dangerous goods such as batteries
Typically 2 years of experience working with third-party logistics service providers (warehousing, freight forwarders, brokers, carriers) globally
Ability to influence peers and implement or improve processes that have large impact
Excellent analytical skills and decision making ability

The Geo team is focused on building the most accurate, comprehensive, and useful maps for our users, through products like Maps, Earth, Street View, Google Maps Platform, and more. Every month, more than a billion people rely on Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives.
The Geo team also enables developers to use the power of Google Maps platforms to enhance their apps and websites. As they plot a course for the future of mapping, they are solving complex computer science problems, designing beautiful and intuitive product experiences, and improving our understanding of the real world.
Develop and manage project schedules with relevant teams and communicate project status to the stakeholders. Collaborate with relevant partners on process creation and standardization across teams with location-specific caveats.
Manage all system upgrades including partner developments, warehouse solutions, future automation across Geo Supply Chains. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Manage a Vendor Logistics team across several countries. Manage Outsourced Partners in line with Managed Service Provider (MSP) Statement of Work (SOW).
Run continuous improvement programs to ensure program efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Develop and report on monthly and quarterly business and operations metrics (attrition, productivity, etc.).
Work with the wider Business Compliance, Systems and Logistics (BCSL) team on strategy creation, development, and execution. Managing support for global deployments (inbound and outbound).
