The Amazon Furniture team is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager, with a strong track record of delivering results, to own customer experience programs to deliver a seamless purchase experience to our customers. The ideal candidate is a data-driven self-starter with experience in project management, an interest in thinking on behalf of customers, and a drive for challenging the status quo on processes.
The program manager will work closely with both internal and external partners to propose strategies and drive alignment with diverse set of stakeholders and manage implementation of identified initiatives. This will require a willingness to dive into the details, solve new problems as they arise, leverage high judgment and gut instinct, and look around corners.
Key job responsibilities
The role will be responsible for driving post purchase experience for furniture
Deep dive and identify key customer pain points
Design initiatives to drive a seamless post purchase experience
Drive alignment with cross functional teams to prioritize and implement solutions
Design scorecards and drive effective mechanisms to constantly drive improvements

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
