We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join the team and help support a best in class Agent Experience Program. In this role, you will be a part of a team that partners with leaders across the Selling Partner Services organization to execute a worldwide Experience strategy by thinking big and bringing innovative, leading edge ideas that propel our work forward with long-term results in mind.
A successful candidate will have experience executing program roadmaps, improving upon existing processes, diving deep into data to identify new hire pain points. You should have strong project management, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills, and an ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with business leaders. Above all else, you should obsess over Amazon customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Support strategy design, goal achievement and project prioritization.
• Support the program, in close collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to achieve priorities, goals, and measures of success.
• Acts as a subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge; and taking a balanced consultative and systematic approach to enable the organization to achieve measurable results.
• Partner with cross functional working teams to launch on-time projects and initiatives.
• Have strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics and trends into improvement opportunities.
• Drive goal attainment through process improvement; support implementation activities, processes, documentation and communications for the initiatives.
• Support mechanisms that scale in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
• Proactively measure and analyze data, identify and resolve risks/issues, provide solutions, and overcome hurdles to drive results.
• Bring a high energy, results-oriented and resourceful mindset and quickly take control of your responsibilities.
• Collaborate with partners to create new resources and content, tailored for Agents.
• Execute pilots and experiments to test and refine program enhancements
• Advocate relentlessly for the “Voice of the Learner”

The team focuses on key phases of the Agent experience: 1) Pre-Hire, 2) New Hire, 3) Learner Sentiment and 4) Learner Journey. Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
