We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Program Manager for Ad Policy to join the Advertising Trust team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content labels and policy application rules for various Amazon ad products. This role is central to developing policies, content labels and policy rules that are vital in supporting the scale of Amazon advertising’s growing business. You will partner with a variety of teams including policy managers, product managers, machine learning scientists, software engineers, operations managers etc., in developing scalable content labels and associated infrastructure needs. You will aid in the development of machine learning models and collaborate with content moderation teams in developing training content and support policy/content label queries. You will develop a deep knowledge in amazon ad products, locale specific requirements, and have a familiarity of cultural and societal norms. You will hold a high bar for accuracy and strive for a zero-error rate. You will identify areas for collaboration, resource sharing, and escalation management coordination between multiple teams across Amazon that work in the same space, in order to bring consistency to our advertisers and shoppers.
You will be a key owner of the Amazon Ads customer experience, tenaciously and continuously advocating for our customers by keeping ad policy and enforcement of those policies true to our principle of customer obsession. Key job responsibilities
Design, expand, refine and maintain granular and high level policies, content label sets and policy application rules
Handle daily policy escalations from internal moderators, engineers, and other internal stakeholders
Prepare and deliver business reviews to the management team regarding project progress and roadblocks
Partner with a broad range of product teams, engineers, operations, and other stakeholders to drive tool development and coordinate cross-functional projects
Analyze metrics and data to continuously improve our taxonomy models, label sets, and policy rules

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Bachelor's degree
Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
3+ years’ experience in an ads regulator, advertising policies, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Master's degree
Experience working cross functionally with tech teams
Proven experience in digital and/or programmatic advertising, with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, and/or ad/content labeling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
