Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

Identify process gaps, improve current processes, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Gain a deep technical understanding of OCI Storage services and be able to drive the technical direction of the teams, working with cross-functional, cross-service organizations.

Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; CSM and PMP are a plus

10+ years managing large scale technical software programs.

Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities.
