This role follows a hybrid model requiring candidates to work onsite multiple times per week.
Key responsibilities include EPM advisory support, Change Management, and Data Analytics.
Managing the implementation of large and complex programs.
Provides overall leadership and support to one or more project teams.
Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks.
Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
Partners with purchasing to develop POs and manages suppliers and vendor relationships.
Manages stakeholders' communication.
Defines the program governance (controls).
Plans the overall program and monitors the progress and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
Manages the programs budget and financial performance.
Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
Manages and utilizes resources across projects.
May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
SKILLS
Demonstrated leadership ability, technical and business acumen and industry knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, with Executive Level reporting and escalation experience.
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites.
Communication across programs, projects and areas (business functions and IT functions).
Background in the development of strategic and tactical planning of technology and people resources necessary for successful completion of several large-scale projects.
Ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with a minimal amount of supervision.
Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change.
Ability to make decisions independently and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations.
Strong analytical, problem solving and financial skills.
Ability to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.
EXPERIENCE
Over ten years of project management experience running large-scale, distributed/complex projects with multiple parallel threads of work.
Experience developing, evaluating and submitting business cases for major capital investments.
Experience with cross geographical project coordination and management.
Experience with developing RFI/RFP and scoring mechanisms preferred.
Experience in Organizational Change Management.
EDUCATION
Bachelors' degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
Examples include: MBA, MA in Project Management, or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required with related hands-on delivery experience.

Total Rewards: T he salary range for this position is $109,600 - $168,100 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position as well as location. All employees at UL Solutions are eligible for annual bonus compensation. UL offers a generous 401k matching structure of up to 20% of eligible pay. Additionally, we invest an additional 4% into your retirement saving fund after your first year of continuous employment. We provide Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts that UL contributes to twice per year! Depending on your role, you can work with your manager on flexible working arrangements. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation, holiday, sick and volunteer time off.
