The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in project/program management, with increasing levels of responsibility, program value and complexity. Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to lead a program lifecycle, from concept through delivery. Strong disciplines in customer development, scheduling, Stage Gate management, and program financial management are required.The incumbent will be required to lead the development of a technical proposal and transition to program execution using proposal artifacts. Emphasis will be placed on requirement management, risk management and the ability to lead a team to meet demanding schedule and budget constraints.Demonstrated Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting including FAR/DFAR is preferred.Candidate must have excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers. The candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting, contracts, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing principles. An understanding of export regulations is beneficial. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, be a self-starter and capable of working independently and with all departments to meet customer requirements. BS in business or engineering, or equivalent experience in the military sales, power supply and/or transformers industry is preferred.
