  Job Description

  Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering / related field or its equivalent.

  • 5+ years of technical Project management experience with demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes and tools. •

  3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams. •

  Demonstrate experience in a complex customer-facing role within the information technology industry.

  • Experience managing US based customers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. • Basic Knowledge of APIs, application layer protocols (e.g. HTTP) and Integrations - experience with tools like postman, SOAP UI etc.

  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between client stakeholders and Sprinklr product managers , Engineering teams.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Show experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully and influencing stakeholders across the teams

  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgment, solid decision making and contingency planning • Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner.

  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.

  • Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.

  Responsibilities:

  • Owning the delivery of Sprinklr Integrations by leveraging standardized Connectors and customized Enterprise Software Solutions, in complex customer environments.

  • Ensuring Successful delivery of the Projects to make sure Business and Functional objectives for the customer are fulfilled.

  • Engaging from early pre-sales cycles of the Project to the successful delivery and then handing over the project to Success teams.

  • Requirement Gathering - Business, Function and Technical Requirements from customer/vendors.

  • Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with client stakeholders and business partners.

  • Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates with client stakeholders to complete the project life cycle.

  • Prepare thorough Documentations - Project kick off presentations, Detailed Project schedule/Plans, UAT documentations, Project Trackers etc.

  • Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these support client strategic objectives

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.

  • Assign and monitor work of Sprinklr client assigned technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives

  • Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.

  • Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.

  • Manage and appropriately escalate: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to Sprinklr product development initiatives.
