This is a contingent position based upon funding.
Position Details and Responsibilities
SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated team member to fill the role of Program Manager to join our team supporting a Federal customer.
This position will be located in the DMV and be required to work in the Dulles, VA office one day/week.
Program management and ability to define project scope and objectives, driving initiatives and customer activities.Interactions with the customer on technical delivery, negotiations, and interfacing with senior management.Acts as the central point of contact with the customer technical leads, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and program teams.Responsible for maintaining budget and overall contract profit and loss.Provide guidance to staff on risk management and cybersecurity support activities. Responsible for submitting contract deliverables on time.Prepare schedules for milestone briefings and project documentation. Monitor projects to ensure work scope and schedule are met and to communicate updates to stakeholders.Ability to manage a geographically dispersed team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field10+ years of experience analyzing complex cybersecurity and network issues, recommending plans of action for SOC operations and management of issue resolution 8+ years of experience managing large, complex programs Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or higher clearanceExperience handling contract negotiations and complex IT issuesProficient project management skills and strong ability to prioritizeStrong oral and written communication skills with experience communicating with senior leadership Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SOC operationsStrong understanding of relevant government/agency policies and procedures to ensure system documentation is compliant with relevant guidelines, e.g., NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, FIPS-II, etc.U.S. Citizenship is required.
