Business Management Group PRC - Customer Enablement and Solution team is seeking for project management talents. In this role you are responsible to lead PRC virtual team members to closely working with headquarter stakeholders to support O2C design and landing.
As a program manager, you will be responsible for: (but not limited to)
Plans and manage programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.Anticipate the evolving solution needs of the organization & external business environments to derive support strategy & roadmap in a proactive & continuous manner by liaising among regional & headquarter stakeholders.Develop and execute project plan & activities meet pre-set short and long-term project milestones throughout the entire project life cycle: explore, plan, development and deployment.Mitigate risks & recommend actions during the full course of project/programProvide overall communication on status, results & indicators to stakeholdersAnalyze & drive for continuous improvements to achieve operation excellence.
Qualifications
Fluent English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite.Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint).10 year + proven record in supply chain management/operation in semi-conductor, IT or related industry will be plus.Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, proven track record of structuring and solving complex problems under cross function teams.Familiar with project management concept (Waterfall, Agile and WBS). PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Logical mindset with strong persuasion and influencing skills.SAP S/4 or Blue yonder implementation experience is a plus.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
