What you'll do:
Be responsible for CPCD Program Management, include but not limited as NPD, STP, VAVE..varianant types of programs. Drive program's successful develop to achieve business objective. Continously building up program management functional excellence through EBS guidance. Hold responsible for divisional project execution for objectives and goals, provides direction to the program management teams in areas of strategic objectives, functional excellence and program execution requirementsTechnical and commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers; To elevate Project Management to become a primary Value Selling element and differentiatorSupervises and provides directions to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth internal communication and hand-over. Communicate and execute the process of field project management with cross-functional teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and functional ownershipManage risks through processes for early analysis, ongoing monitoring, effective customer negotiation, and consistently high levels of performance achieving project financial and customer satisfaction metrics.Manage customer contract, pricing, terms and conditions and contractual flow-down through the organization. Ensure effective change management process is utilized and drive change orders if changes driven by customersProvides periodic project updates of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, on-site quality and project schedule). Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional levelsApply project management tools to track project performance status, identify issues and develop solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, Engineering or Business degree preferred8 years experiences in Project Management, or Engineering and/or Product Development ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in Electrical industry project management, field sales or marketingDeveloping to fully demonstrating in Project Management methodologies, processes and toolsProject Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) requiredExperience managing projects with: 1) components / subsystems scope of responsibility, 2) Low to moderate customer/business risk, 3) Low to moderate NRE budgetsMust be capable of leading effectively in diverse cultural situations with our global customers and team members.Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT).Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customerExperienced in Risk ManagementGood analytical skills and business acumenMust be capable of initiating and providing recommendations for Division Leadership Team's review and approval that will achieve desired customer outcomes.Result-orientation and process streamlining Lessons learning and continual improvements senseNegotiation capabilities for Project(s) benefits
